make stock trading fun.
stock.fun tracks every disclosed trade by us government officials and the trump family, alerts you minutes after the filing hits the public record, and lets you copy the trade as a tokenized stock from your own wallet.
politicians are required by law to disclose their trades. those disclosures sit in portals nobody reads, in formats nobody parses. we read them, parse them, and turn them into a trading terminal. the information was always yours โ the 2012 STOCK act made sure of it. we just make it impossible to miss.
quickstart
4663) to your address. it's your wallet โ we never hold funds.where the data comes from
primary sources only. no resellers, no aggregators in the hot path.
| source | what it covers | format |
|---|---|---|
| senate efd | senate periodic transaction reports with full line items: ticker, amount range, dates, owner | structured filings |
| house clerk | house ptr filings โ filer, date, and the original document | pdf filings line-item parsing: pipeline v2 |
| sec edgar | insider form 4s โ trump family and any official who is an officer/director of a public company | near real-time feed rolling out |
| oge | executive branch 278-t transaction reports | periodic filings rolling out |
our pipeline polls the portals around the clock, parses new filings on arrival, and pushes them into the terminal. every data point in the app traces back to an original government filing, and every alert links it.
the disclosure timeline
we will never pretend to beat the law. here's the honest math:
| window | who sets it | length |
|---|---|---|
| trade โ filing | the STOCK act (congress) / sec (insiders) | up to 45 days for ptrs ยท 2 business days for form 4s |
| filing โ alert | us | minutes |
nobody on earth gets congress trades before they're filed. the race that can be won is filing to alert, and that's the race we run. late filers get flagged in red โ the lag between their trade date and filed date is on every row.
the terminal
leaderboard
every filer ranked by estimated filed volume (the midpoint of their disclosed amount ranges) over the window, with trade counts, last-filed dates, and the logos of the stocks they're actually trading. tap anyone to open their full profile: holdings, every line item, every filing linked to the original.
feed
the live stream of filings, newest first. buy/sell chips for parsed line items, ptr chips linking to raw documents, tap the row to jump to the stock, tap the face to open the trader.
the chart
every stock chart carries the congress trades in that name as floating markers โ the politician's face, green ring for buys, red for sells, at the point they traded. hover for the amount and the disclosure lag. toggle them under chart overlays.

copy trading rolling out
the end state: pick your politicians, set an allocation per trader, and when their next filing hits the pipeline your wallet mirrors the trade in the tokenized stock โ automatically, minutes after disclosure, with the filing linked on the receipt. until auto-copy ships, every alert is one tap from the stock and the trade is yours to place.
receipts
every alert carries two timestamps: when they traded and when they finally told you. every filing links the original government document. every onchain action links the transaction on the explorer. if you can't verify it, we don't show it.
